Bupleurum rotundifolium 'Griffithii'

Bupleurum has a green leaf colour and bears yellow-green flowers that resemble the Euphorbia.
This plant gives a very special touch to your bouquets. Harvest Bupleurum when the flowers are nicely open, otherwise it tends to hang limp. Has a vase life of 7 to 10 days.

Sowing: half-hardy annual. Sow in a cold greenhouse from February or sow directly from March. Because it is a light germinator, it is best not to cover this seed. Bupleurum germinates rather erratically, between 7 and 14 days and sometimes even a month! Ideal germination temperature around 16 degrees.

Full sun - be careful not to over-fertilize - then you will have more leaf growth and little flowering.
