Chili ‘Lemon Drop’ – Organic from Sativa

Chili pepper ‘Lemon Drop’ (also known as Aji Limón) is an aromatic chili pepper loved for its fresh citrus flavor and refined texture. The elongated peppers have a thin skin and few seeds, which makes them particularly pleasant to use in the kitchen.

The peppers gradually ripen from green to a soft, light yellow color.

The plant grows compact to medium-sized and blooms abundantly with delicate white flowers, followed by a long harvest period. 

🌿 Sowing & growing

Sowing
Sow indoors from mid-January to the end of March. Chili peppers like warmth during germination. Transplant the young plants and plant them out after the last chance of frost.

Location
Full sun, warm, and preferably in a greenhouse.

Cultivation
Regular watering and fertilizing promotes flowering and fruit setting.

Harvest
From summer to autumn. Can be used fresh in salads.
