Cucamelon – Mexican mini cucumber – Organic from Sativa
Cucamelon (Zehneria scabra), also known as Mexican miniature cucumber, is a climbing plant that produces small, oval fruits the size of a grape. The fruits have a striking appearance reminiscent of mini watermelons.
The taste is fresh and slightly tangy, perfect for snacking, using in salads, or as an original touch in summer dishes. Thanks to its delicate leaves and playful fruits, cucamelon fits surprisingly well in a flower garden or pot, where it can climb up a trellis, mesh, or support.
