Foxglove - Digitalis purpurea "Chrisje's Cottage Mix"

Foxglove - Digitalis purpurea "Chrisje's Cottage Mix"

Dreaming of a garden full of romantic flower spikes that bees and bumblebees love to visit? Then this foxglove mix is highly recommended.

The tall flower spikes are eye-catching in the border and can also be used as cut flowers. If you let some plants go to seed, there is a good chance they will self-seed and return year after year in unexpected spots in the garden.

Why choose this mix?

  • Romantic mix of lavender, pink, and white shades
  • Attracts bees, bumblebees, and other pollinators
  • Ideal for cottage gardens and natural borders
  • Suitable as a cut flower
  • Often self-seeds spontaneously
  • Easy to grow
  • Gives a natural and unique look

Sowing instructions

Sow from July to September in a seed tray or directly in place. Do not cover the seeds as light promotes germination. Transplant the young plants to a sunny to partially shaded spot.
